Can I request a specific clan tartan not listed on the site?
Absolutely. We have access to hundreds of registered tartans. If you cannot find your specific clan or district tartan, please contact our support team to arrange a special weave or sourcing.
What is your return policy for made-to-measure items?
Because made-to-measure items are tailored to your specific proportions, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Standard accessories and off-the-shelf items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
How should I care for and clean my wool kilt?
We recommend dry cleaning only for 100% wool kilts to maintain the pleats and fabric integrity. For minor spills, spot clean with a damp cloth and always hang your kilt using a specialized kilt hanger.
