At Scotland Kilt, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your highland wear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom kilt pins and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
